Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment and will be kept on file only for our cancellation and no-show policy. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Full payment for your treatment is due at the spa after your service is completed. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
